Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Beijing Time) will be processed and shipped the same day for in-stock items. If we are unable to ship on the same day, we will notify you via email with an estimated lead time.

Carriers

We primarily use FedEx, DHL, and SF-Express. Shipping method is at our discretion unless expedited service is requested (additional charges apply).

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

International Shipping

All import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We ship to most countries but reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain regions (e.g., sanctioned countries).

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will investigate and, if necessary, reship or issue a refund.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns only for verified manufacturing quality issues. Change-of-mind returns are not supported.

Quality Issues (Manufacturing Defects Covered by National "Three Packs" Policy)

If the product has a performance failure due to manufacturing defects falling within China's national "Three Packs" regulations:

  • Within 7 days of delivery: You may return the item for a full refund or exchange for the same model (subject to stock availability).
  • We will cover return shipping costs.
  • Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to confirm the manufacturing defect. If verified, we will promptly process the refund or replacement.
  • For defects discovered after 7 days, please refer to our Warranty Policy below.

Non-Quality Related Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. All sales are final for non-quality issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Delivery

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Consumable parts that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process (For Eligible Quality Issues Only)

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery to report the issue and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  2. Package the item securely with all original accessories and packaging.
  3. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon verification.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are only available for verified manufacturing defects within 7 days (same model replacement). For other cases, a new order must be placed after refund processing.

International Returns

For eligible quality issues, we will guide you on return shipping. Customers may initially cover costs, with reimbursement upon defect verification.

Warranty Policy

Equipment Warranty (1 Year)

We warrant equipment products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the invoice date.

  • Contact us first to troubleshoot any issues.
  • You are responsible for shipping the item to us; we cover return shipping to you if the claim is valid.
  • Product must be packed in original or equivalent protective packaging.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable parts, reagents, misuse, accident, improper maintenance, or modification.
  • Damage from incompatible power sources or environmental conditions.
  • Indirect losses (e.g., data, time, or experimental costs).

Consumables Warranty (2 Weeks)

Consumable parts are warranted against manufacturing defects for two (2) weeks from delivery when used only with standard solutions. Issues must be reported before injecting biological or non-standard samples.
