Apple's recent September event is now in the rearview mirror, but if the latest reports are true, the company's product launches are far from over. In his Power On newsletter, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman claims that Apple is planning a wave of new hardware, with a staggering 10 products set to be released from late 2025 to early 2026.

This ambitious roadmap outlines a major push across multiple product lines, headlined by a significant chip transition and a renewed focus on the smart home.

The M5 Chip Arrives on iPad First

The most anticipated news is a major shift in Apple's chip strategy. According to Gurman, the powerful new M5 chip may make its debut in a new iPad Pro as early as October. This would mark the second consecutive year that Apple's new flagship chip has launched on an iPad Pro first, cementing its role as a key innovation hub.

Other products with M5 chips, including new MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models, are expected to follow in early 2026.

A New Focus on the Smart Home

Apple’s smart home ecosystem is also set for a major overhaul. Gurman’s list includes:

  • A new Apple TV with a faster A17 Pro chip and support for the Apple Intelligence-powered version of Siri.
  • An updated HomePod mini with the S9 chip and improved sound.
  • A new AirTag with up to three times the range.
  • The long-rumored Apple Home Hub, a smart home device expected to be announced in the coming months.

The Rest of the Roadmap

Gurman’s report also outlines several other updates, including an iPhone 17e with an A19 chip, a new Studio Display with mini-LED backlighting, and an updated Vision Pro with a faster chip and improved head strap.

With so many products in the pipeline, it's not yet clear if Apple will hold another special event this year or simply announce them via press releases. However, a major chip launch like the M5 would likely be unveiled on stage.
