当今社会，驾驶证基本已经成为我们生活中必备的证件，对于还没有考驾驶证的人，对于驾驶证的考试规则也很关注，近期，驾驶证考试新规了新的调整，主要有3个方面，其中C1、C2和F证调整幅度较大，本文将详细整理其中的新规，并做具体分析。

C证取消最高年龄限制 For C license

以前C证的年龄限制是18-70周岁，现在没有最高年龄限制，只要年满18周岁并且体检合格即可参加C证的学习考试。

No limits on age anymore, before that is only for 18-70 years old, and now is able to make an examination from 18 years old if you wanted to get a C1 license.

多地C证科目二考试实施5+4政策 C license examination plus more options for skill operations (5+4)

科目2考试是考试的重点，以前只有5项考试，包括倒车入库、侧方停车、弯道行驶、直角转弯和爬坡起步这5项，现在在这5项的基础上，又增加了4项政策，包括：限宽门、窄路掉头、停车取卡以及模拟隧道。这四项无疑比以前增加了难度。

增驾考试C2、E和F证不用理论考试 

比如你原来是自动挡的C2证现在考C1证，或者两轮的F证增驾到三轮的D证，就不用再考一遍科目1和科目4的理论考试，只需要考科目2和科目3。这对于老年人来说是一个福音，毕竟他们对理论考试和电脑操作有些难度。以往很多老年人就是因为理论考试不过关而迟迟没有拿到驾照。

Plus C2, E and F license without doing theory test if you already have driving license. e.g if you want to upgrade C1 and you already have C2 before, or you want to upgrade into tricycle D license if you already have dual wheelers automobile F license.

代替他人考试直接注销驾照

这个规定很严格，毕竟考驾照对自己和他人都是一份保障，如果考不过可以补考，但如果让他人代替考试，将会被直接注销驾照。并且对于尚未持有驾照的人，如果三年内有代替他人考试，就不得申请机动车驾驶证了，这点值得赞赏。

Your driving license will be canceled once be found you were doing examination for others, also you can not apply a driving licesen within 3 years. We do suggest everyone make-up examination if any issue isn't pass.

准驾车型不符的机动车违章扣分降低

每个驾驶证上都有对应的准驾车型，比如你是C1证就不能开大货车，你有D证不能开小汽车，但如果有人超越范围，比如你是F证，却开电动三轮车，那就是违规，以往出现这样的情况要面临扣12分，现在扣分降为扣9分。所以大家要记住，你领的是什么驾照，就只能开什么样的车型，不可以逾越这个规定。

对于驾驶证过期可在其他地方考试

驾驶证的有效期，也就是换证有三个不同的阶段，首次领证在6年后换证，第二次换证是10年后，等第三次换证，就是永久性。如果你在换证期间忘记了，出现逾期超过3年的，就要重新考试了，以前重新考试要回到驾照的申领地，新规规定，4月1日后在全国各地都可以办理了，参加科目1考试，合格后恢复驾驶证原来的资格，这又是一个便民之举。

持有F证未戴头盔扣分降低

以往如果你持有F证驾驶摩托车，未戴头盔的要面临扣2分，新规定是扣一分。

对驾车接电话的扣分增加

比如如果你在开车时接打手持电话（耳机除外），就要面临扣3分，原来是扣2分，这个事关安全，扣分增加也是有必要的。

总结 Bottom line:

本次驾驶证新规有松有紧，松的方面比如增驾不用理论考试、驾驶证过期可以在异地再考、没戴头盔的扣分减少等；紧的方面比如开车用手持接打电话扣分增加、C证考试增加4项考试内容，难度上有一定的增加。总体而言，对于涉及安全的方面更加严格了，对于老年人驾照考试有一定的放松了，比如增驾不用理论考试，对老年人就是开了绿灯，所以总体变现是不错的，我们一起等待4月1日正式实施吧。
